Products

1a. Where are your products made?

Utoppii products are designed collaboratively by our own resources in Singapore and Australia. Each design is reviewed by our Founder Trixie, and thoroughly tested for functionality, durability and aesthetic effect. Designs are then discussed with the manufacturer for any technical improvements and considerations. Our manufacturers are currently in China and India and we employ a stringent Quality Assurance process and testing before import into Australia. We work hard to source from suppliers and craftsmen who are passionate about our products, achieve high quality standards and adhere to ethical standards in line with our brand philosophy.

1b. Can I see your products in real life?

Keep an eye on our blog and social media for promotional events, stockists, and popups.

1c. There is something wrong with my item, what should I do?

If the item you have has any issue you are not happy with, please email us at hello@utoppii.com and we will assist you to resolve this.

 

Orders

2a. What are my payment options?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards, and PayPal. We also offer ApplePay and GPay. All prices on our site are stated in Australian dollars (AUD).

2b. What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you see any information on your order confirmation that is incorrect, please email us at hello@utoppii.com so that we can update the information prior to dispatching your order to you. If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please email us straight away at hello@utoppii.com and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency.

2c. What happens if the item I want is on pre-order?

Items that are on pre-order will be dispatched from the dates specified in the product description. If there is no date specified, pre-orders will be shipped based on availability.

If your order contains any items that are on pre-order, we will only be able to dispatch your order until all of the items are ready to go. If you require an in-stock product sooner, please feel free to place a separate order.

2d. Do you offer discounts on your products?

We don't offer discounts on our products, but if you are a new customer sign up to our newsletter to receive $10 off your first purchase.

Shipping

3a. Who do you ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

3b. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All Australian and international deliveries are dispatched same or next-business day from Adelaide, Australia, taking into consideration weekends and public holidays. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will most likely be dispatched on the following Monday.

Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days. Express delivery is next day delivery in metro areas and 2-3 business days for all other areas.

3c. Do you offer international shipping?

No. Unfortunately we only ship within Australia at this time. However, if you are looking to purchase from outside Australia, please contact us at hello@utoppii.com.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. 

 

Returns

4a. Can I return a product I am unhappy with?

If you are unhappy with your order, Utoppii will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the purchase. The cost and reach of the shipping of the item(s) returned is your responsibility. Once the package has been returned, we will gladly send the initial exchanged item(s) at no extra charge. With any subsequent exchanges, the return postage will incur the applicable shipping charges Please contact us immediately to organise a return & refund.

Returned item(s) must be in original condition - unwashed, undamaged, with tags still attached. Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

5a. Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No. You can checkout without a Utoppii account. You will be required to provide personal information for shipping & billing purposes.
